The DEA now allows prescribers to write multiple C-II Rxs on the same day, for the same patient and drug...for up to a total of 90 days.
Prescribers must indicate the earliest date you can fill each Rx.
The feds do NOT limit the quantity or day supply for C-IIs...but many states do. Be sure to always follow your state regulations if they are stricter than the federal regs.
